Kenshin is just a person who is keeping track of things...Spammers etc.
Hayley is in charge of STUFF that are yet undentified
Carmen is in charge of Netspeak etc.

ok. Btw i think spamming is when you try to post a lot so you can get a high ranks so unless you have a sp. rank no doing that!!!!
